Delivery

We will endeavour to dispatch your item within 24 working hours of receipt of your payment, where you are in the world will determine the speed fo shipping, we always send items special signed for delivery. All items will need to be signed for to maximise yours  and our security.

Insurance 

All items shipped will be sent by an insured delivery method.

Returns

We would like to think that anyone purchasing our jewellery will love it as much as we do, so we offer a 14 day no-quibble money back guarantee. All we ask is that you do email us regarding your concerns and that you return it in the condition you received it in, adequately insure it when you send it back to us and that you send it back registered mail.


Condition
All our pieces are in great original condition otherwise we wouldn’t have chosen them. We cannot however guarantee any signs of wear as they are all previously cherished items, but try to display them as clearly as possible.


Order thru to Payment
When we receive your online order we have to ensure that the item is still available for sale, i.e. that it hasn’t been double sold. It is for this reason that until we have processed your order and notified you of the pieces’ despatch we do not consider the order to have been taken. At point of dispatch you have entered into a contract with us and the charge will be made.
